Instagram Strategy
I manage two Instagram accounts: @lauraquartel_ and @shesocial_coaching, both led by the same founder.
On @shesocial_coaching we post twice a week, focusing on the energy of the community and educational insights from the program. The content is a natural extension of the website, but with a strong emphasis on connection, trust, and real-life results. A true preview of what it’s like inside the SHE | Social community.
On @lauraquartel_ we post four times a week. Together, this creates a powerful rhythm of six posts per week across both channels. A combination that balances personal brand and business authority seamlessly.
